Engebret Dahm
Chief Executive Officer
Engebret Dahm has more than 30 years’ experience in the shipping and finance industries. Dahm was appointed CEO of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA in 2018 and before that he held the position as Head of Combination Carriers in Torvald Klaveness. Prior to that he was the CEO of Norwegian Car Carriers AS and he worked in the period 1998-2000 for Crédit Agricole CIB in Paris.
Liv Hege Dyrnes
CFO and Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Liv Dyrnes has been the CFO of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA since the inception in 2018 and was appointed Deputy CEO in January 2024. She was appointed CFO of Torvald Klaveness in 2017 after 8 years in the company. Prior to joining Klaveness, she worked in the Shipping, Offshore and Logistics unit in DNB Bank. Dyrnes is a Board Member of Utkilen AS.
Snorre Blix
VP, Global Head of Cleanbu Chartering
Snorre Blix has more than 20 years of commercial shipping experience and is currently Vice President, Global Head of CLEANBU Chartering at Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA. Snorre joined Klaveness in 2002 and has since held a variety of commercial and chartering roles, including Vice President, Combination Carriers Atlantic, before being appointed to his present position leading the chartering activities for the CLEANBU fleet.
Håkon Moltubakk
VP, Head of Strategy and Business Development
Håkon Arne Moltubakk has more than 10 years’ experience in finance, investor relations, risk and strategy in the shipping industry, and was appointed Vice President, Head of Strategy & Business Development at KCC in February 2024. Prior to his current role, Håkon worked at KCC in various financial and IR / treasury / risk-management positions, including Senior Manager of Finance & Investor Relations.
Martin Wattum
Head of Energy and Operational Efficiency
Martin Wattum has 15 years of commercial shipping experience, and currently Head of Energy and Operational Efficiency at Klaveness Combination Carriers. Prior to this, he was Head of Projects and Business Transformation and and also gained experience with FFA and oil trading and dry bulk chartering at Klaveness.
Helene Tofte (Guest Speaker)
Executive Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Climate, Norwegian Shipowner’s Association
Helene has been employed by the Norwegian Shipowners' Association since 2012 and currently Executive Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Climate. She has the overarching responsibility for the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association’s international engagement and climate activities, with special focus on monitoring international climate processes and participation in the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS).
Petter Haugen (Guest Speaker)

ABG Sundal Collier
Petter Haugen is a partner and shipping equity analyst with ABG Sundal Collier, the largest independent Nordic investment bank. Prior to ABG, he held similar roles in Kepler Cheuvreux and DNB Markets and he also worked five years in Torvald Klaveness Group. Petter holds a MSc in Applied mathematics and a MSc in Economics, both from NTNU and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from NHH.
Kristian Hauff (Guest Speaker)
Market Analyst, Klaveness Dry Bulk
Kristian Hauk is a Market Analyst with nearly 10 years of experience. He has a strong background in the energy sector, focusing on Norwegian oil & gas and renewables as well as planning and execution of marine operations. For the past three years at Klaveness, he has provided market insights and data driven support for the dry-bulk chartering and FFA teams for the best risk/reward approach to market exposure.

Alison Garcia Pena
Project Manager, Energy and Operational Efficiency
With 13 years of experience in the maritime industry, Alison Garcia Pena works on initiatives to improve energy efficiency and implement technical upgrades across the fleet. Alison’s background combines operational maritime experience with the management of technical improvement projects.
Andreas Haavik
Head of Newbuilding Projects
Andreas S. Haavik is Head of Newbuilding Projects. With a background as a naval architect and over a decade of experience in ship design, hydrodynamics, and project management, Andreas has worked across newbuilding, R&D, and marine assurance roles in both design firms and offshore operations. He holds an M.Sc. in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
