Engebret Dahm was appointed CEO of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA in 2018 following the position as Head of Combination Carriers in Torvald Klaveness. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Norwegian Car Carriers AS and he worked in the period 1998-2000 for Crédit Agricole CIB in Paris. In the period 1990-1998 and 2000-2006, he had various positions in Torvald Klaveness, including Head of Klaveness’ transloader and beltunloader business.

Julian Bray is Editor-in-Chief of TradeWinds, the leading global shipping business publication owned by Norway’s NHST Media Group. After studying at Manchester University, his career in business journalism has seen him work as a reporter and editor for a range of respected newspapers, magazines, and news agencies. He is particularly interested in how the business of shipping is adapting in the face of social, financial, and technological change; the industry’s ongoing struggle to manage regulatory change; and the at times difficult relationship with wider social responsibility.

Marthe Lamp Sandvik is a First Vice President in DNB Corporate Banking, focusing on sustainable finance and the energy transition in the shipping industry. Prior to joining DNB she worked with project finance management for shipping in Pareto Securities and as a shipping analyst with shipbroker Lorentzen & Co. She holds finance, politics and language degrees from the University of Edinburgh, The Norwegian Business School and Norwegian School of Economics.

Johannah Christensen is the Chief Executive Officer and the co-founder of the Global Maritime Forum, an international not-for-profit organization committed to shaping the future of global seaborne trade to increase sustainable long-term economic development and human wellbeing. Ms. Christensen has extensive experience in international project management with a focus on sustainable development, business development, and innovation. Throughout her career, she held managerial roles in non-profit organizations in Copenhagen and Geneva, building successful public-private partnerships and helping businesses address global challenges. Before establishing the Global Maritime Forum, Ms. Christensen worked as a Head of Development for the Danish Maritime Days. She was also a Project Director at the Scandinavian think tank Monday Morning, and Program Manager at the World Economic Forum. Ms. Christensen holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.

Ingrid Kylstad joined ZeroLab by Klaveness in February 2021 as Sustainability Lead. Prior to joining Klaveness, Kylstad’s professional experience spanned more than a decade working with EU public affairs (maritime, competition, climate, energy) and startup investments. Kylstad passion lies with turning sustainability into business opportunities and enjoys working with people with a "can do" -attitude. She is also a Board Member of Solstad Offshore ASA and GC Reiber Salt.
