Engebret Dahm was appointed CEO of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA in 2018 following the position as Head of Combination Carriers in Torvald Klaveness. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Norwegian Car Carriers AS and he worked in the period 1998-2000 for Crédit Agricole CIB in Paris. In the period 1990-1998 and 2000-2006, he had various positions in Torvald Klaveness, including Head of Klaveness’ transloader and beltunloader business.

Sun Yin Anand was 15 years a maritime litigator before taking over a commercial head of the shipping team at Australian mining house South 32. On the side, Anand is a venture builder through the work she does with The Captain’s Table Innovation Challenge. Anand is a leader and strategist with a strong growth mindset and belief that working hard and doing the right thing will always lead to the right outcome.

Haris is a partner at the London office of international law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP. During a career spanning almost thirty years, he has dealt with almost every aspect of maritime international trade, and he heads the firm’s commodities team, widely acknowledged as one of the market leaders. He has published and lectured extensively (including at COP26) on the contractual aspects of maritime decarbonisation, and is advising shipowners, charterers, traders, hardware and software providers on related matters. He is also involved in various decarbonisation projects, including as legal advisor to the Aspen Institute on coZEV, has served on the drafting committee of GMF's Sea Cargo Charter and is its legal advisor, and he’s also co-ordinator of the Blue Visby Consortium.

Claire is the General Manager for Shipping Commercial & Strategy. Her experience encompasses the commercial and strategic aspects of shipping, including energy efficient technologies, emissions, and decarbonisation. She and her team focus on improving the competitiveness of Shell's current value chains and ability to access new markets, through the provision of safe, competitively priced, efficient maritime solutions. This includes LNG and LNG bunkering, as well as new ships such as CO2 and Hydrogen.

Ingrid Kylstad joined ZeroLab by Klaveness in February 2021 as Sustainability Lead. Prior to joining Klaveness, Kylstad’s professional experience spanned more than a decade working with EU public affairs (maritime, competition, climate, energy) and startup investments. Kylstad passion lies with turning sustainability into business opportunities and enjoys working with people with a "can do" -attitude. She is also a Board Member of Solstad Offshore ASA and GC Reiber Salt.
